This study analyzes the effects on the New Jersey economy of the 2.0 percent cap on property tax levy growth that became effective in January 2011, using a regional computable general equilibrium (CGE) model. This study was produced for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS© Governmental Research Foundation.
The head of publications and I worked together to come up with a theme for a series of New Jersey reports. This report was my piece. We used the same typefaces and style elements, but applied them to create an individual look for each subject. Orange is usually an off-limits color, but I think it worked well to make this piece really stand out on a shelf.
